This is Optical Mark Recognition (OMR scanning) response-choice technology, the most common, quickest, easiest and least expensive form of data collection we offer. OMR forms are used for tests, surveys, ballots, data collection and questionnaires with multiple choice responses. Our software/scanners will easily read these documents and can export the data for you in any format you choose. The accuracy level is very high. What's more, it requires very little human input, reducing your costs.
